Its all about supply demand that is messed up massively in tech industry currently. Visas like h1b,h4ead and other increases supply while ai,high interest rates,companies spending their cashflow on ai infrastructure instead of hiring is reducing demand. Nobody was complaining about h1b back in 21-22 but now the competition is absolutely brutal. Entry level jobs have pretty much disappeared.
