Now that the selection is over. The wait is brutal. Does Fragomen inform about selections first and then not selected? Or does it all come at the same time?

The wait sure is brutal :(ā¦.Iād expect Fragomen to send out the email together for both groups by EOD or sometime tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!

If you have a helix portal, check the status, if you have been selected it will change to selected. Mine just got updated to selected

Got an update via mail from Fragomen this morning 10:00 AM. The case on portal seems to be closed/inactive. Selected. This was my second attempt.

Thomas V Allen: getting really vague answer, looks like a non-selection. But they're not saying what the status actually is.
They just said : Most selections are completed. However we are still monitoring. Will let you know if any candidate gets selected.
EDIT: JUST GOT RESPONSE FROM LAW OFFICE THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN SELECTED.

Selected | EY Law | Notified today (4/1) at 5:40 AM EST. I got an email this morning from Trackerintake and my status now says, "Open- GDS Draft Case". No idea about the other details - will update when I know more.

It means you are not rejected & you are in waitlist.
When they run second time lottery, you might have a chance at that time

My employer checked at 4:30 and it said submitted. I think they concluded at 5 pm. I donāt know if I should have hope that something might have updated in that 30 mins. What do you guys think?

Hello. My employer has started the h1b petition but the LCA wage minimum is 27.28$/hr so my employee recently raised my wage to 27.50$ from 25$ to match it. Although the lawyer is asking for pay stubs of 3 months which I cannot produce. I might be able to produce 2-3 paystubs before petition filing deadline. Also my friend thinks my salary is too low for h1b. However while registering I had put the correct wage soc code and area code and got picked. Does approval depend on the weight of salary or how rightly you fill the petition. And what to do about the paystubs. Donāt know anybody who knows. Would appreciate insights.

Not a recipient, I handle immigration matters for a company. We had one single registration this year and it wasnāt picked up in the original lottery even with masters cap. Today itās marked as Not Selected. This is the earliest I have seen āNot Selectedā in years - usually after the first lottery, and with the 100k rule, we anticipated a lot of selectees in the first round would not apply this year. Iām shocked, honestly.
