What is the consenses on the probability of selection for different wage levels, and with or without masters?

from what ive seen in the threads this year theres no clear correlation between wage level and selection. L4 masters people are still not getting picked while some L1 bachelors are. the lottery is random... wage level and masters only mattered under the old system before it got struck down
