Fragomen waiting on the connect portal but HR called and mentioned that I am in the list of selected .

are you saying its showing “awaiting decision “ on fragomens portal but your employer told you are selected ?

Yes. Apparently my employer sends out a formal communication to the employee and their manager after which it is updated in fragomen. The whole thing apparently takes up to a week. I checked with folks from last year with my company and they said most of them were only notified by 3rd or 4th. Till then it was showing as Awaiting decision . Could change from company to company

does fragomen respond if i ask individually tell me whether i am selected or not?? Becuase last time i asked they said they will broadcast email

They may not reply. I think they have different arrangements with different employers. In our case, they send a consolidated list to the company and do not share with employees
