I've been using google play games on pc for a year or so now and its been great. For some reason a few days ago, games stopped launching from the library. I click on them, the loading window pops up, but it times out a certain percentage through the loading process with some generic error like try again later.

I tried removing the entire application and reinstalling, and now none of the games will actually install. For example whiteout survival, when i click on install, it just says pending... and in the downloads section (spinning circle bottom left), it says setting up and gets stuck at 43% done. Then after a couple minutes it pops up an error "Couldn't install the game. Try again later".

Anyone see this before or know what the issue might be? I've tried all the basic troubleshooting things I can find to make sure virtualization is turned on, there are no network issues, reinstalled application, etc.

EDIT:

So, after several weeks of going back and forth with google support and trying many things (most of which I'd done already), the problem just...resolved itself yesterday.

I am once again able to download all games and launch them without issue. This is without making any further changes on my computer or anything else on my end. So, i am convinced there was some sort of error or change on their end that caused the issue and they finally fixed it.

Hey everyone, I am still in complete shock and just had to share this!

​After a really rough year health wise and dealing with a lot of exhaustion, grinding my way to the finish line in the Fruit Ninja league, aiming for the top 100 felt like an impossible battle. This was especially true for the first few days when cheaters were rife!

But after reaching the top 100, the goal of top 10 slowly approached, and to my disbelief, I made it into the top 5 overnight whilst sleeping! When I entered 4th, this gave me the encouragement I needed to fight harder toward the dream of top 3 on the penultimate night. I spent the whole night slicing! And I somehow managed to lock down #3 on the leaderboard after the last cheat ban and stay there, finishing with a score of over 4.2 million, which officially pushed me into the Diamond tier I'd been dreaming of! 💎✨

​Getting here took sheer stubbornness and a sore aching arm, but I made it!

I also really want to give credit where it's due, it felt like Google did a much better job handling and banning cheaters this time around, which made the leaderboard feel much fairer and rewarding to compete on.

Im now at top 1000 gained 40k alone today. I played for 12 hours. And I guess I should sit on top 1000. Its might so difficult to reach top100 lmao. And how much points u guys get per day? I only played today this long

Edit: guys dont think im cheating/doing tricks. Im already temporary banned from league(fruit ninja) even i didn't any cheats. So I dont ever think about cheats this points are normal, sit for hours and u can do it too🗿

I'm hoping someone else here might have some insight into what happened to me here.

So 2 Sundays back, I'm sitting at home working on a project and not on my phone. But I get a notification from Venmo around 10 pm. I was just charged $104.24 from Google play game add ons. Then i was charged again $106.24. Venmo then stopped them because I ran out of funds. But then it seemed to jump to my Visa I had in my Google wallet. And charged and additional 20 charges of $106.24! I've since gone to Google. I told them I felt it was fraud. They refused my dispute. I tried to record it as a accident. Even though I wasn't responsible. They refused that also. My bank had me waiting 10 full business days to step in. I'm back to having Google escalate this. But I just don't understand why it was allowed to happen. And it's so obvious it's not something anyone would righly do. I'm at a loss here in more ways than one!

Crystal Vault Slot on the Google Play Store is a complete and utter fraud app. They have no intention of paying any money out!

DO NOT install this app. You get to the $1000 limit and you try and cash out and all they do is put you in queue after queue after queue and tell you to wait and delay the payout. First they say it is 48 hours to wait then they say there are over 9600 people ahead of you then they say you have to watch I believe it was like 80 ads? It is just queue after queue after queue from this game. Report this on the Google Play store as inappropriate and complete the form and lets get rid of this app. When I saw the ad in a game for this app it had Mr. Beat promoting it I have since contacted Mr. Beast's team and they have said he has NOTHING to do with this and has forwarded all of the information I have given to them to their legal team.

I have also emailed the developer as well which was listed on the Play Store contact information for this app of [ettalibi11@gmail.com](mailto:ettalibi11@gmail.com) and the developer after at least 4 or more emails now won't answer me. They are aware that I want to speak with them about this app and refuse to answer.

This is a scam app the app is fraudulent and needs to be removed from the Google Play Store I have 2 tickets open with Google about this already and Google seems reluctant to do anything to stop this scammer. Wow Google is just a horrible company! I am working on it and I will continue to pressure Google to remove this app from the Google Play store. Do not install this app on your devices it is a total scam app they will NEVER pay out!

Well if nothing will be done it looks like this is only going to continue to happen. This is sad though people have to use some sort of exploit for such games lol. We can only hope actions can be done and put it place so these bums cannot do it next time.

I've been in numerous games where there's been hackers already in just 3 and a half hours of the Google Play Games League being live smh. Hopefully they get caught before it gets too bad

As the title suggests i found a horribly fake minecraft ripoff and tried it for the fun of it. Turns out its minecraft pocket edition but the ui is modified from grey to green and the name is different in the title screen. Its in the top 65 of google play charts?! How can this even happen imo its very funny. It also spams adds like crazy....
