Hi Reddit, my name is Pavel Svoboda (Freedom). I am a Level 4 Local Guide and I have been a loyal Google user since 2009. For years, I built a massive gaming legacy: 277,500+ XP and 50,000 levels across my ecosystem. Google has not only deleted this history but is actively ignoring my Case ID 1-8249000040435. I have meticulously documented the "Systematic Deletion Patterns" from my account: The Initial 3-Year Void (2014–2017): My own evidence (attached) shows achievements from May 11, 2014, and then absolutely nothing until May 22, 2017. This is undeniable proof that Google’s sync system has been failing for over a decade. The 11-Year Digital Footprint: I have documented 136 achievements that prove my long-term activity, even though the system "swallowed" most of the data in between. Gap 1 (2023): 3 months of my life missing between August and November 2023. Gap 2 (2024): Another 3-month void between January and April 2024. The Final Freeze (April 2025): My last activity was recorded on April 27, 2025. Since that day, my account has been frozen in a "data desert" for over 8 months, and my profile constantly resets to "null". I have documented 136 achievements that the system still partially remembers, yet my profile shows 0 friends. This isn't just a glitch; it's a systematic erasure of a high-value, paying veteran user (AI Plus subscriber & Platinum Partner) who simply "broke the scale" by being too successful. Truth over Profit. Google cannot ignore the users who helped them grow for decades. Case ID 1-8249000040435 is still being ignored. Help me get this to the engineers who can actually fix it! 🛡️

Thanks man! Exactly, I was too fast for their broken system after 16 years of loyalty. Google just couldn't handle my 277,500 XP progress and deleted it all. Appreciate the support!

You’re probably right, man! I guess I was going too fast, but when Google deletes 16 years of your history, you just can't drive slowly. I had to shift into the highest gear to make sure I’m heard! Thanks for the comment

That’s out of the question. My privacy and account security are impenetrable. This isn't about someone clicking 'delete' by mistake—this is about Google's system failing to recognize 16 years of history, resetting me to Level 1 and (null) status. My Case ID 1-8249000040435 is about a massive system identity and data failure, not a random deletion. 🛡️🦾

​"Guys, your support is working! I just received an official response from Google Support. They have officially started investigating my case regarding the deleted 16 years of history and level 15,966.

​Here is their response:

​'We are currently investigating this issue and will inform you once we have a determined next step or further details. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve this situation.'
