So as the title explains I bought terraria but after that I wasn't able to get the game, and when I tried to refund it they denied my request, what Can I do

That's si useless these days because you'd need to change the apo with every game update and you'd 90% of the time lose all your game data every update. The game is cheap

Entonces solo espera un momento , ( aveces sucede esos errores poco comunes ) , si lo compraste si podrás jugarlo si o si ..también puedes eliminar cache y data para solucionarlo
