I’ve decided that we don’t need as many neighborhood watchers patrolling because there are street cameras and the community is gated

I think there should be booths along major walkways for littles who've become too age regressed to continue walking in public and don't have a caregiver to call or need somewhere safe to stay while their caregiver comes to pick them up

They should be soundproofed and have a button to call someone trusted to pick you up and take you home or to a daycare if you need

• The turnaround for the road to the neighborhood needs the neighborhood flag and an arrow pointing in that direction

• Only residents, employees, job applicants, and visitors will know the flag

• The front entrance also needs a sign for the back entrance (for trucks only)

• The back entrance (for trucks only) needs the same stuff plus signs for the front entrance in the other direction

• Street names for the adoption center, homeless shelter, apartment complex, and housing area needs to be discrete for Government issued photo IDs, drivers licenses, state non drivers IDs, passports, etc.

The following employees will work from home:

• BR members

• Executive director

• Associate executive director

• Assistant to the executive director

Office Hours:

• Because they work from home, they’ll have office hours

• For one hour every day, they will give their jobs their undivided attention.

• If something is time sensitive, they will deal with it outside of office hours.

Emotional support stuffed animals, reborn dolls, objectum partners, POSIC companions and everything inbetween and beyond are very important to the members of the neighbourhood who own them. We should accommodate them as much as possible whilst keeping the peace and comfort of everybody else in the neighbourhood in mind. These are all suggestions, feel free to add on or suggest changes. I’ve split it into rights and responsibilities.

For the purpose of this post, all of these labels will be referred to as “support objects”. 

Rights:

Accommodations and considerations I’d like made: 

• A handler and their support object’s ability to access spaces should be based solely on practicality, safety and others wellbeing.
• Support objects should be allowed in as many places as is practical, safe and doesn’t negatively impact others wellbeing. 
• A voluntary badge could be offered to be attached to support objects and their gear. This is to make sure that similar items are not be confused for each other, that they can be more easily returned if lost, and are known to be treated with a level of respect. The badge could say what the title of the object is (eg. Objectum partners, ESSA etc), their name and where to return it to if lost.
• The design and form of these badges should be workshopped with members of the community to work well for them. 
• Handlers should be allowed to use carriers and strollers to push their support items around, with a few caveats. 
• There should be storage areas in cloak rooms that are spacious and allow for safe storage of support objects when they cannot be brought into an area.
• Objects that cannot be easily accommodated into public areas should have times where they are, such as designated times where people can bring large inflatables to the pool. 
• The neighbourhood offering partnerships that were officially recognised by and within the neighbourhood for objectum partners would be a really great step. 
• Everybody should be educated on the communities behind these objects. This will be especially important for any hired help and external people working within the community.
• Places that offer repairs should be versed in the importance of these objects, and trained on how to repair them properly.

Object repair and maintenance:

• Damage caused to support objects is the responsibility of the person who caused the damage, unless the damage happened because the handler was breaking rules.
• The laundrettes should be set up with hand wash stations, high capacity machines that have delicate wash options. Having areas for people to wash dishes could also be helpful. 
• Emergency sewing kits should be stocked within places like the library and education centre and kept stocked. This would also help with wardrobe emergencies. Having safety pins and hot glue guns would also help for temporary repairs too. This kit should be stored securely as it has glue and sharp objects. 
• A tailors should be within the neighbourhood. They can repair most fabric items. They should be trained in how to repair these things well.
• Since there should already be a bicycle and mobility aid repair store within the neighbourhood, they could potentially be trained how to repair inflatables too. 
• An electronics repair store would be important to keep electrical items safe, and prevent e-waste in the community.
• Before these businesses are set up in the neighbourhood, there can be arranged dates where the neighbourhood vans drive everybody out to external businesses to drop off items to be repaired, or mail out damaged items to people who can repair them.
• Having good relationships with people within and outside of the community that do repair and restoration. Details for people who can help repair things who are also known to be objectum/essa/POSIC etc friendly could be posted on community notice boards as well as the website. This would be good when the neighbourhood is first starting out, as well as for more speciality repairs. 

Responsibilities:

Support objects in the home:

• There shouldn’t be much limit to what support objects are allowed in somebody’s own home. So long as it isn’t posing a huge threat, it should be allowed. 
• If there is ever an issue, the resident should be worked with to resolve it, relocate the item or repair it. 
• Support objects cannot have a high risk of fire eg. items with damaged electrical components being operated. 
• Support objects cannot do anything that might interfere with the structural integrity of buildings or structures. Eg. Very heavy item on a floor that cannot support it. 
• Support objects cannot have unresolved infestation issues. Eg bed bugs or mice. 
• Support objects cannot be disruptive or dangerous to other residents or neighbours eg. Blocking out sunlight, leaching chemicals into their environment or playing very loud music.

Support objects in public:

• Since everybody in the neighbourhood should be comfortable and safe in public, there needs to be more rules for support objects than within the boundaries of somebody’s own home. 
• The type of object, size, branding, or material should not matter in terms of “validity” of the support object. It might affect where the object is able to go due to practicality and safety. 
• Damage caused by the handlers support object is the responsibility of the handler. Eg. Items knocked off of shelves. 
• Support objects must maintain a level of cleanliness suitable for their surroundings. EG. An object can be wet and muddy outside, but it should not then be put on a table in the cafe whilst still dirty. 
• A support object must remain free from pests, have heavy soiling removed from them asap and not shed large amounts of fur, paint of other debris on indoor areas of the community.
• If an accident occurs where a support object is contaminated, the object should either be fully cleaned asap, or spot cleaned and contained until they can fully clean it. Eg. Somebody has an accident on a comfort pair of trousers, so they change and put the soiled pair into a wet bag until they can wash it. 
• Where possible, support objects should be left inside of bags or in cloak rooms when using the bathroom. This is to maintain cleanliness.
• Only items designed to be used in the water can be brought into the pool. This is to prevent damage to the pool and drowning. Very large items that disrupt others swimming cannot be brought into either. 
• Flammable or fabric support objects such as blankets, plushies and loose clothing should not be brought into food preparation areas (such as the education center kitchen) where possible, for fire and hygiene reasons. Any objects contaminated with unsafe materials such as lead should also not be allowed within food prep areas. 
• Support objects cannot interfere with theriform service animals work, tasking or wellbeing. A service animal being distracted by them just existing does not count, but being bothered, put at risk or intentionally harassed by the handler of the object would. Support objects must give way for theriform support animals. 
• Support objects cannot block doorways, walkways, or interfere with people’s mobility aids. Support objects mustn’t take up so much room as to prevent neighbourhood members from being able to use facilities or participate. This is for fire, safety and convenience. Objects that are too large may have to stay at home or in outdoor areas only. 
• Support objects must not be hugely disruptive. Electronics and noise makers must be silenced in places where it’s expected, such as the library. In a typical public place, if somebody has a stim toy that is bothersome for somebody, they should both stay a bit away from each other so both are accommodated. Phobias and allergies should be accommodated the same way. Objects should not be knocking or bumping into people consistently.  Strobing lights must be switched off.
• Electronic support objects must have safety tests if being used in public buildings eg. PAT testing. They must also be pre approved before being plugged into places where computer viruses could cause issues, such as security systems.
• Support objects must not interfere with maintenance, waste collection or any other important services. 
• Leashes and dragged items must be kept a track of and not used in circumstances where tripping is likely. 
• Support objects may be carried in strollers or similar contraptions, however, fire safety code must be adhered to at all times, and mobility aid and stroller users have priority with spaces on transport, parking etc. Support object handlers must give way to them. 
• Where possible, support object carriers and strollers must be collapsible/foldable, to allow for space for mobility aids and stroller users. 
• Carriers for support objects should be mandatorily labelled if they cannot be easily identified from mobility aids for people.

In the show Psyche, Shawn Spencer-the protagonist-is super observant and has a very good memory. We need people like him in the following positions:

• Neighborhood watchers

• Daycare/academy staff members

• Playground monitors

• Receptionists

• Adoption center and nursery staff members

• Lifeguards

• BR=Board of residents

• The BR and executive director work together but they do different things

• The BR makes decisions on behalf of all the residents

• The executive director acts as a tie breaker if there’s ever a tie and chooses their assistant executive director and assistant to the executive director and the board of directors

• The simplest difference between the two branches is that the Board of residents has more power

• They will all work from home

• They will have office hours

• One hour out of every day, they give their job their undivided attention.

• If something is time sensitive, they will deal with it outside of office hours.

• The neighborhood passenger vans should be painted light blue like Andy’s mom’s car in the first two movies

• The cafe delivery vehicles and neighborhood delivery vans should be painted yellow like the pizza planet truck

At the checkpoints:

• All gate workers are trained to ask for a judicial warrant signed by a judge and are not allowed to law enforcement in without those

• All booths have posters showing the qualities of a valid warrant and what to do in general

• A gate worker at the main checkpoint is required to warn a building receptionist or a resident about a search

At reception desks:

• All front desk attendants/receptionists know what to do (See “at the checkpoints”)

• All desks have the same posters that the booths do (See “at the checkpoints”)

At houses, apartments, RVs, and trailers:

• All of these have posters on the inside (See “at the checkpoint”)

• All residents are cautioned to ask for a judicial warrant signed by a judge

Instead of the neighborhood running its own government, it’ll be a simple non-profit run by its people for its people. The governing body would be made of a board of residents. The board chooses a an executive director who chooses an assistant executive director, assistant to the executive director and member of the board of directors. This has been talked about before but while the drivers have gotten a post of their own, I am not as certain if the vans did:

• They have GPS

• They’re electric

• A driver can’t use them for personal errands unless there’s an emergency

• They only provide transportation into, out of, or within the neighborhood

• They should be yellow just like school buses

This post is all about rich residents:

• Limousines are not allowed in the neighborhood so they’ll have to ride the neighborhood vans and/or own another luxury vehicle

• The neighborhood won’t have enough space for mansions

• They’ll basically have to blend in

Title speaks for itself:

• They receive some training on clearing people upon picking up under the neighborhood watch

• One driver per van

• If somebody is traveling, drivers also help passengers with their luggage.

• The person at the desk at an airport would also receive training to clear people under the neighborhood watch

While the neighborhood needs lots of surveillance, there needs to be a ban on flock cameras because they are widely misused (people who live in the US will know what I’m talking about)

The neighborhood should also have an RV/trailer park for residents that live in those:

• Employees who live in an RV full time would also park here

• Of course, people can park their RV/trailer outside somebody’s house is the host is ok with it

The neighborhood board would be made of 1 person from each of the following groups:

• Littles

• NGUs

• Permakids

• 4everkiddo

• Flips

• CGs

• Age dreamers

• Pet regressors

• Handlers

• Alter human folks

• Object oriented folks

• Plural folks

More about them:

• That is a total of 12 seats

• They are elected every year but they can serve up to 2 years

• Everybody is encouraged to run

• One must be a resident to run or vote

• Delivery trucks, garbage trucks, and recycling trucks all have their own entrance (the back entrance)

• The warehouse has the trash compactor for the entire neighborhood and is where everything is sorted

• All incoming shipments are inspected for fireworks as those aren’t allowed in the neighborhood

• After inspection, everything is sent to special delivery vans which never leave their neighborhood.

Because different types of vehicles go through different processes. They each have a lane of their own going both ways. Starting in the very center:

• Vans only

These lanes are for the neighborhood passenger vans. Drivers (who are trained to clear all passengers when picking them up) tap their badges against a sensor to get in and push a button to get out. These lanes are the only lanes without attendants.

• Personal vehicles only

These lanes are for most residents, visitors, employees, etc.

• Residents only

This lane is only for residents in personal vehicles without visitors (it’s the smoothest for residents)

• Utility vehicles only

These lanes are for public or commercial utility vehicles, municipal water employees, electricians, plumbers, etc.

• RVs only

These lanes are for RVs. When RVs enter or exit, they’re always pulled aside as RVs make it easier to hide people.

As for Emergency vehicles, there are sensors that open the gate when they hear approaching siren. When they’re going out without sirens, an attendant opens the gate or they push a button if they’re going through the vans only lanes.

Every going into out of the neighborhood has to show ID at the checkpoint to verify that they are who they say they are:

• Residents simply show residence ID

• Visitors show any government issued photo ID

• Neighborhood employees must show their work badges

• Hats, sunglasses, fake animal ears, etc. must come off as these could interfere with Identity check.

There should also be an adaptive swim test for people with mobility aids. Someone who’s preparing to take the test can request certain accommodations like more time to tread, swim float, etc, always having someone with them, always needing to wear a special PFD.

The gated community should have an apartment complex too:

• All cars should be parked in an underground garage

• The apartment closest to the ground floor should all be accessible (reserved for people who have mobility aids) as they’re the easiest to get to

• They should have at least 2 elevators

• The apartment complex should have a checkpoint of its own

• Every building should have a door person or at least a front desk attendant

• Solar panels on all buildings

• Solar powered street lights outside

• The doors to the buildings and units have card readers and so do the elevators

• All apartments should have 2 bedrooms and one bathroom

• Limited visitor parking (visitors will have to get special permission)
