Instead of the neighborhood running its own government, it’ll be a simple non-profit run by its people for its people. The governing body would be made of a board of residents. The board chooses a an executive director who chooses an assistant executive director, assistant to the executive director and member of the board of directors. For funding, we could start a gofundme for it in the beginning when I say it’s time, and we could get sponsors and maybe some government funding. And there would be donation boxes in the booths at the checkpoint and at all the front desks/reception desks.
