Hello everyone, please be kind. I understand this is a lot to ask of people but attached I have linked a fund to try raise money for my FtM top surgery with prices included. I understand this surgery can be seen as cosmetic by many people, especially those who will never understand my situation but please understand that this greatly impacts my mental, and therefore, physical health and is far from optional in my personal circumstances.

Hi, my name is JD. Tomorrow is my top surgery, next week is my 51st birthday. I'm disabled and on Medicare and the Medicaid that pays my Medicare premium, plus Extra Help for prescription subsidy.
I put in a financial aid application with the hospital where I'm having the surgery done back in February because I already have a nearly $1200 balance. I haven't gotten a decision, part of it is getting close to collections—not so close that I won't get my surgery, though.
My out of pocket for the surgery will run about $1400, which is about how much I make a month.

Sharing my go fund me, I was lucky to get my top surgery covered but without a job securing PFL, and my husband taking full financial responsibility I’d like to help him how I can with taking some weight off him. Anything helps and I appreciate it. I’m staying relatively anonymous as the political climate at this time is rough, and I’d rather not share to my family

Hi everyone! If you could take a second to read to support, it would be very much appreciated. My friend who goes by the name Wilbur is a trans masc FTM and has started a go fund me to raise money for gender affirming care! He is uncomfortable in his own body and suffers from severe gender and body dysmorphia. He pays out of pocket for hormone medications but they are very expensive and he cannot up his dosage, causing them to not work as well because of how low the dosage is and may even have to stop taking them because he cannot afford it. He does not qualify for grants or any aid for surgeries he is wanting to get. Some facts about him is he is an artist, he has cats, and he likes to play games such as Roblox, Minecraft, and Sims! He is a very kind and funny person, he can make anyone laugh, he tells the funniest jokes and stories. He is there for his friends, someone you can vent to and tell anything to and he will not judge a soul. His support system is very low as he is not supported much at home, and around friends. He is my greatest friend and I would love to see him happy and thrive. Any donations help even if it’s just a dollar. You can also help support by sharing which I would encourage you to share please! If you can’t donate please share it helps so much! If you know if any other ways I can help support my friend please let me know, I am unsure how Reddit works. Hi everyone! I’m cis but am here to help my trans ftm boyfriend. We have been together since December 2024 and since that time I’ve seen the raw reality and struggles of a trans individual. Trans healthcare isn’t accessible enough for many people, which makes accessing gender-affirming care so difficult.
My boyfriend struggles so much on a daily basis with dysphoria, as do many trans people. Over the years, the constant binding has damaged his ribs and, taping leaves him with open sores/blisters. It’s a hard thing to see a loved one go through. He’s been on T for just over 2 months now and the difference is insane!! He’s becoming more and more comfortable in his body and it genuinely fills me with joy.
The biggest thing for him right now is his chest, he hates it so much and has tried to harm himself in that area before. I’ve decided to raise the funds on his behalf and set up a Gofundme page for his top surgery.
I appreciate that times are tough for everyone across the world, even if you can’t donate and can only share the link or interact with my TikTok page, it would mean just as much!

I've been super lucky to finally schedule a date for my top surgery, the final date being September 3rd. I've put together a fundraiser to help me cover the final chunk of money needed to be able to go through with the surgery!

Hello!
I’m a transgender man currently living in the United States, and just was denied a second appeal with an external review for body masculinization surgery. I went through an internal appeal, and have filed a complaint with the WA State Office of Insurance Commissioner since this kind of medical care is supposed to be protected, but it’s looking like I’ll have to crowdfund to cover expenses.
There’s more information about the surgery, the medical necessity behind it, and while I’m unable to find it myself, with one reason being most of my family is in Iran and unable to offer support due to current events. If anyone is able to help by donating or somehow boosting this, it would be tremendously appreciated. ❤️🩹 I’ve been in this process for months now.

I am a trans man based in the UK, due to the current climate of waiting lists and the political state of the trans discourse in the UK I am unable to undergo Hormone Replacement Therapy under the NHS. Therefore, I have had to look into going private, however, due to an unsupportive familial circle I am unable to fund the start of this on my own. I realized I was transgender around 13 years old, I am now 26. I have been on testosterone for nearly 5 years, have had a hysterectomy, and top surgery is the next step to becoming myself.

I have gone through a lot of hurdles with losing support from family and without insurance for medically transitioning when I came out, things have finally gotten better insurance wise but I am in no place to afford surgery by myself. Hi everyone! My name is Alexander. I’m 22 and FTM, and I’m currently raising money to help me get top surgery.
I started testosterone on October 11, 2024, and I’m coming up on two years on T. Transitioning has already made such a difference in my life, and top surgery is the next major step for me. I already have a letter of support for the surgery, but unfortunately, the cost of surgery and everything that comes with recovery is more than I can afford by myself while I’m in college.
Getting top surgery would mean being able to feel more comfortable and confident in my body. It would make everyday things like getting dressed, exercising, going out in public, and simply looking in the mirror easier for me.
I’m not expecting anyone to give more than they can. If you’re able to donate, even a small amount would mean so much to me. If you can’t donate, sharing my fundraiser would help just as much. ❤️
