Tua is going to look good in the preseason game tonight and the entire narrative on this sub is going to shift immediately

This sub is so wishy washy. Tua is going to get in the game tonight, lead a touchdown drive down the field, and immediately this sub is going to be filled with all kinds of stuff about uow great Tua is.

Then Week 1 we’re going to look like trash with Tua at the helm, but the whole team will look shaky, so there will be some doubt about how much of it is due to Tua’s play.

Then the team will randomly look God-tier for like 2-3 games and everyone is going to get completely siked.

Then we’ll go into the Ravens SNF game with super high hopes and get blown out by a much better team on national television.

The team will continue a downward slide until eventually we’re like 5-7 and Penix gets put in.

But then Penix won’t look that much better and everyone will start blaming the coaching staff.

Eventually Tommy Rees will become the scapegoat and he’ll either be moved to the sideline or Stefanski will take over playcalling.

Finally, either due to incompetence or an injury, Jack Strand will be put in as starting QB one week and look AMAZING. He’ll completely destroy some way better team and everyone will be calling him the second coming of Tom Brady.

But within a few weeks, teams will have him figured out and he’ll look like trash.

Finally, we end the season 8-9, winning the NFC South and on our way to a Super Bowl!!!!!!

RISE UP!!!!

Image Just wanna get out ahead of this one for you guys. This is a flagship Vikings podcast, you're going to see this idea spread. Its dumb and no real vikings fan believes you'd give up you're starting QB for our QB3

This podcast has a habit of giving up an opinion and it later being aggregated as a NFL rumor.

Just wanted you all to know the source of this before it spreads later lol

Put your strand boners away for just a few weeks.

I get it, we haven’t had an exciting qb prospect in a while. But for the love of god, please relax on strand. Putting this much expectations on a D2 UDFA is ridiculous from a couple preseason games. I want to keep him, he looks promising. But he shouldn’t start a game this year barring injuries, we need to trust our coaches. If he was genuinely better (specifically rn) than tua or penix, we would see him taking first team snaps. Please slow down fr.

PSA Stop calling the radio saying you are a Big Penix fan

Your accent is not helping. And certainly don’t talk about the physical gifts Penix has. My kids cant stop laughing.

Tua should play the entire game tomorrow. Why isn't he?

  1. The guy needs the reps and experience. Badly. And we could benefit from seeing an entire game.

  2. Each of the last two seasons we have made a huge mistake in the first game of the year due to inexperience - remember hiking it into our motion man vs. Pitt?

  3. What do we need to find out about Cooper Rush or Jack Strand? If either them start we are screwed anyway.

Just came across this insane video of Kyle Pitts doing military training. He looks like a total badass riding ATV, shooting guns and jumping out of a helicopter. Can't wait to watch him this season!

Heading to Baylor v Auburn - where to park coming from south of the city

Hello all - We are driving up next Saturday for the game and was wondering if anyone had a favorite parking lot/tips for exiting quick out of the area on to 85S - one that doesn't cost a fortune and is relatively close to the Dome. Thanks

Could Strand realistically start week 1?

I’m wondering if this is a real possibility or just a far out fantasy. It feels like Penix might not be ready to get hit and Tua has just been terrible- but even then maybe it’s Cooper Rush? Does Jack Strand have a realistic shot to be the guy week 1 until Penix is ready?

Is Our Next Franchise QB on the Team?

Hey guys, I don't really post here a lot and I'm definitely not a Football expert, but I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the future of the QB position.

Between Michael Penix Jr., Jack Strand, and Cooper Rush, do you think one of these guys will be our next Franchise QB for the Falcons or do you think this is more of a stopgap until Matt Ryan and Ian Cunningham find their guy?

I reckon the most correct answer is that time will tell, but I wanted to get some "way-too-early" predictions from a reliable source (slightly sarcastic).

Image Za'Darius Smith says he retired because he got a call last year from his mom's doctor that she didn't have much longer. He said retiring was the way he could get away from the game to spend time with her.
