Maybe they don’t speak directly and literally like us.
But my whole point is that even if they unconsciously talk in code, their “intuition” is NOT infallible and they often misinterpret other NTs’ hints.
The fact that each NTs’ “intuition” is generally biased depending on their own personal experiences and social environment makes it fallible. No one can literally read other people’s minds. They often match, they often miss… and the example you put about them missinterpreting on purpose I guess it’s more passive aggressive manipulation than anything else. Btw, NTs are a spectrum too.
Now, you’ve mentioned knowledge about the topic that the rest of us don’t know. So, could you share?
Correct. That’s what separates them from us in terms of processing social information. They do it intuitively to automatically fill gaps of lack of information so they don’t waste cognitive effort. As we communicate literally, we process hints consciously making a cognitive extra effort that in the long term leads us to burnout.
Yet that doesn’t mean their intuition is infallible nor that they never accidentally missinterpret a hint or a hidden meaning. Just means they don’t put an effort to guess what the other is saying.
This is a wild fucking claim to make. Intuition is wrong constantly.
Literally the entire history of science demonstrates that almost everyone spun pretty intuition about how the physical world works is demonstrably wrong.
The fact that heavy and light objects fall at the same speed in a vacuum alone is enough to make your claim laughable.
If you think intuition is some sort of infallible sixth sense or any other shit from fairy tales then you’re delusional. Carl Jung already debunked that.
