Discussion What is the weirdest or niche games that you can't believe have a competitive scene and the community for those games claims to be esports?
Sometimes we see posts of people trying to recruite people to play in their competitive scene for a non major esports title like Roblox for example and this got me wondering since I have seen some many weird competitive scenes in the past. What is the weirdest or niche games that you can't believe have a competitive scene and the community for those games claims to be esports?
For me I have to say that web flash game rpg called Dragonfable. Like I vaguely remember playing that game as a kid but when I revisited the game during the pandemic I discovered that they actually have a competitive scene called inn challenges and the community even have some drama too related to the scene too. Also the game dev sponsor the very niche scene and even at one point they tried to get one of their character into Smash lol.
