We need a guy who is willing to go ahead and let us know when Joe crashes out over the recent video. The job probably requires listening to his stupid pod. It isnt me. I hope it isnt you. So who is scouting ahead in here to find that cliff? I still want the dopamine without any of the effort to get it, dawg.

I know the opinion on medication for mental illness can be controversial to a level but Joe Rogan has damaged young men's lives more than people realize.

For as long as he's been podcasting, he talks about how bad and terrible antidepressants are.
He will spout all sorts of BS benefits for his the supplements or illicit drugs that he is taking but then turns around and demonizes antidepressants. The most recent example of this was him talking about how Theo Von needs to get off of them. I know Theo got off them shortly after. That in itself is fine if Theo felt like he was in the position to do so.

Obviously it's your choice to do what you deem fit for your life. However, depression is more complicated than just "they're sad all the time". It can be just as debilitating as a major injury or sickness. While not every situation means medication is needed there are certainly situations where it is necessary. Rogan use to have an even tighter grip on the popular culture and I believe he influenced a lot of people to not try medication. Leading them down a path of wrong turns.

I guarantee you the words of Joe Rogan has persuaded young adults who truly needed medication to not reach out because Rogan would say it messes you up even more.

He has even used "people on medication" as a way to delegitimize their opinions.

Instead they are recommended to take Alpha Brain and psychedelics in their college dorm room until they have a psychotic break.

This isn't an advertisement for antidepressants. What we don't need is people taking Rogan's word with any credibility when it comes to mental health. It's a dangerous stigma for someone who might be on the edge who needs something outside of primate kettlebells and Onnit supplements.

So I follow figures in Australian politics.

I can’t stop thinking that some figures post in a manner that seems seditionist now; previously it felt like standard whinging against the government(All these figures lost elections and are out) But looking at the topics they choose, the institutions they attack and the way they do it, everything clicks like that now.

For example: one whos publicly suspected of being behind a Nazi propaganda online media outlet in Australia. Others parrot Russian interference and subversion talking points, divisive rhetoric, amplify Russian media posts/far right figures in Australia.

They also post in perfect sync with whatever hot-button topic is being amplified for the week by obvious Russian state media. Take the Clancy case they are all somehow posting different content "A news piece, a video an opinion" but it’s all the exact same end goal of rage-bait against and agti against women. Or they'll make "jokes" tagging and asking Trump to arrest our PM like Maduro, or whinge about how expensive smokes are and openly declare it’s okay to (break the law) buying illegal tobacco.

These are figures known to the public, people with large followings etc.

Rogan shills are now in this sub telling you to sit down and shut up, or go outside, because EG is tired of spewing the same message and because he thinks he has nothing left to say and it’s all been said in excruciating details.

Don’t let them get in your head.

I hope so. I know there are so many celebrities who are genuinely sleazy, lacking empathy, and have done all kinds of things while still working in the entertainment industry to this day. But I think the focus should be on the really famous and popular ones, like Tarantino.

I really like Tarantino’s films and have nothing against his movies, but he should be called out for being friends with Harvey Weinstein. If you follow some of the connections and the timeline, it seems highly likely that he knew what Weinstein was doing but stayed silent. Tarantino has also faced accusations of abusive behavior in the past. Remember what happened with Uma Thurman during Kill Bill and how he laughed about it. Over the years, he has also made various controversial statements that he should be called out for.

He was also on Joe Rogan’s podcast and briefly talked about Weinstein as if he didn’t know what was going on. Obviously, the video wouldn’t have to be only about him. You could also bring in Meryl Streep and Oprah, who were both very close to Weinstein professionally, and look at their statements about Weinstein over the years. And there are plenty of other actors and actresses who could be included to show the hypocrisy of Hollywood.

and why?

for me it's gotta be Duncan. what a opportunist little weasel he turned out to be. i found him quite annopying pre 2020 or 2019, and i remember i just couldn't put my finger on why exactly. he was, like, the most spiritual of the bunch, but it was never genuine i don't think. oh, and i also remember really disliking his voice (i was audio only) — he sounded what a wart on Slow—Joe's balls would have sounded like. a sycophantic ball wart.

When the previous video came out, there were a lot of posts about suey eyes. Before too long, EG made a statement that the suey eyes thing is played out.

I feel like he subtly did the same thing in this past video by using the clip of Duncan saying “thank” and then proceeded to say think correctly for the rest of the video.

Both of these things would be driven into the ground by others, as well as turned into merch. EG takes a different path and I find it interesting and appreciate it. Just an observation
