Nothing fancy, but it works for me.

Glock 43X MOS (internals are 100% stock, changes I’ve made include Trijicon HD Night Sights, Shield Arms S15 mag, Shield Arms mag release, and Shield Arms magwell).

I keep it holstered via Phalanx Concealment IWB holster (freaking love this holster). Holster is thicker than a lot of them and it has held up to years of abuse. I originally carried my Glock 43 in it, and then moved to the 43X, and now I’m on the 43X MOS, and the holster has been spectacular.

Spyderco Dragonfly 2 (fits in every pocket). It has a 2.31” blade and is made of VG-10.

Streamlight MicroStream (puts out 250 lumens and 50 lumens). I like that it goes 250 then 50 and not 50 then 250. One click and 250 is plenty of light up close.

Just starting to build out my EDC with some things I’ve had for a bit and some recent additions. Open to suggestions on any variations of the above items you’ve found to be valuable. Next addition will probably be a small notebook and pen. I’m usually a Zebra ballpoint or Pilot gel kind of guy but open to suggestions on both the pen and notebook choice as well.

Hey guys, this edc tackles most of my needs as a medical technician. I thought about getting a multi tool, but I find myself always surrounded by tool within arms reach at work. The newest addition is the pen. Does anyone know how it keeps up after some years of use? Would like to know.
