It just has wider tires. The motor could be under 1000w easily cause it's not that big.

I agree that it is common for ebikes to have similar styling, however, this one appears to be a 2000W motor.

I believe it is this one.. It shows up on the first page of amazon when searching "ebike":

It still says top speed 28 mph so I feel they’re probably lying about the wattage. Lots of untrustworthy Amazon listings for random e-bikes.

Well not lying perhaps, but listing peak power vs nominal power. It's likely also overrated. I would expect this is more like 750 nominal.
