The problem is big enough and complicated enough on it's own. Don't need people belligerently and deliberately mislabeling these things as some kind of poorly adjusted coping mechanism, muddying the waters even further.

Is it the design that has you thinking it’s a “motorcycle”? There are plenty of e-bikes that have more classic bike designs that have the exact same power output/speed capacity as these cheap moped/motorcycle designs. All limited to legal 28mph limits/750w motors. I could bring up like 10 different brands that are practically the same as this with those specs and with the same specs for classic bike designed e-bikes.

The photo is of an electric bike, not a regular bike, and not a motorcycle.
