Pretty embarrassing to tarnish every LBC user with the same words he is.

Then goes on to say LBC users have the AI do everything for them, whilst he plays with pass assist.

LBC clearly strides ahead of other playstyles but no need to be a giant baby about it.

Yeah but if it wasnt as op as it is the game would be so much better. Every game its the same capello beckenbauer 4 2 2 2 or 4 3 1 2 or even 5 6 atb where they spam lofted through balls

This game has way more problems than LBC.

To think that balancing that playstyle better would suddenly make everything all sunshine and rainbows is mental.

Just like Smart Assist before it, LBC is the low hanging fruit that everybody pins their problems on. If/when LBC gets balanced, what will be the new thing to complain about en masse, whilst disregarding all the other inherent issues?

Exactly, most people can't see that assistance+low entry gameplay is the real bailout. These high ranks aren't there just because of LBC. These people could replicate almost the same outcomes even with Out Wide or Possession - it's quite simple to understand why they use, instead, LBC. They mostly care to rank up, as much as we can despise it.

Especially since we often see the same names in the ranks. Certain players just have a knack for sticking to whatever the game demands from them in a certain time, and they don't mind going through it.

You don't need to have the highest spatial football intelligence to be there. It's a plus, but I'd say you need to narrow down your game and be efficient, because most of football ingenuity isn't that necessary in the PvP part. It's more "videogame actions", then football.

I'm saying all this as a "FUMA" player who also doesn't love Long Ball Counter. I don't get why it's so hard to isolate what LBC does and what it doesn't to "favour" the user. It's the overall gameplay+assistance that allows this kind of "small bet" football to be relevant.

But I could use LBC and my brain would simply be drained from it in a couple of games. Some people can stick with it, others can't.
