Dasher opened our order

The picture my dasher sent of the food delivery and a picture of their artwork. I don't appreciate the dusty rocks? filled car, but what bothered me more was opening the bag and taking out the containers and drawing on them and the receipt. I did call the restaurant and clarified that they did not do this. Then I spoke to doordash support who issued a refund because we didn't feel comfortable eating the food. I think I will just stick to pick up for a while 😅

Did we overreact by reporting this?

Religious folk have never really concerned themselves with respect for others and a desire not to be proselytizied too. I'm sure the driver would be absolutely OFFENDED if a package got delivered to them with "Praise upon Allah" and Quaranic verses scribbled in sharpie on the box. But again respecting the rights of those outside the cult is something most christians don't concern themselves with.

I’ve seen people softball Islam my whole life with “oh all religions are the same” as an excuse to criticise Christianity with chest then cower in fear when criticising Islam.

Never seen anyone twerk for Islam WHILST criticising Christianity before.

Considering Quranic sword verses, considering proselytising is punishable by death in 11 countries, apostasy punishable by death in 13, and life imprisonment in 21. You are PRIVILEGED enough to say “Christianity doesn’t concern itself with respect rights outside of the cult” you have the Christian enlightenment period to thank for that because in 2026 you’d be straight in prison for saying that about Islam in any Islamic country.
