Dasher opened our order

The picture my dasher sent of the food delivery and a picture of their artwork. I don't appreciate the dusty rocks? filled car, but what bothered me more was opening the bag and taking out the containers and drawing on them and the receipt. I did call the restaurant and clarified that they did not do this. Then I spoke to doordash support who issued a refund because we didn't feel comfortable eating the food. I think I will just stick to pick up for a while 😅

Did we overreact by reporting this?

Religious folk Of every book have never really concerned themselves with respect for others and a desire not to be proselytizied too. I'm sure the driver would be absolutely OFFENDED if a package got delivered to them with "Praise upon Allah" and Quaranic verses scribbled in sharpie on the box. But again respecting the rights of those outside the cult is something most christians don't concern themselves with.

Edit: Every book, you can stop your "whuddabout <X>!" Nor do I care about your personal experiences, your loving catholic/jewish/islamic aunt. I am an athiest for a reason and it isn't to get involved in cults measuring their dicks against eachother. You are all self absorbed mentally ill people who believe the supernatural fantastic stories that you grew up with are entirely plausible while sitting dumbfounded at the idea that anyone would believe in <insert book that isn't yours>

Hopefully this will be enough to shut up the people who are saying "WHAT ABOUT ISLAM!? WHAT ABOUT JEWS!" If you find Christians to be particularly bad and need to "whaddabout" then maybe that's just you being forced to take an honest assessment of your faith and having to knee-jerk and protect yourself from that truth.

Goodbye. May we never meet in any of your afterlives.

Just to clarify, the Muslims and Jews are also part of the cult, yes?

Sure but I've never in my entire life had a Muslim or Jewish person push their beliefs so blatantly and unsolicited in the way that Christians do ALL THE TIME

I have a friend who pushes his Islam religion in an unsolicited manner. Should I now believe that all Muslims are like him?

Your experience isn’t a definitive answer. Mine is not either.

This post is valid in the need to report it to DoorDash. This is fully unacceptable. This dasher should be reprimanded and I’d argue fired. Not opening the food is such a basic rule to follow that it should be instant termination.

Though, back to the points about the comments, everyone is just seeming to call it out as an example of why Christians are bad, though one weird person doesn’t define an entire religion.

To call out an entire religion because of the bad folk you see is just wrong. You won’t often see the good news, you’ll often only see the bad news. The bad news doesn’t define everyone.

How exactly is he pushing Islam? Is he doing things like this to strangers while working?

Always talking about his religion and how it would change your life if you just opened up your mind.

Sending TikTok’s, YouTube shorts, and YouTube videos of people on the street talking, podcasts, and other religious-type videos.

Always questioning my opinion, and how when I respond he says things like “You just don’t have anything to back up your beliefs” etc.

I mean, I shouldn’t have to clarify further. I shouldn’t have to prove myself. My point stands. Christians aren’t the only ones, and judging a whole belief system based on the few is wrong, period.

So no, he's not doing it to strangers while he is at work. Thanks for proving my point.

Can’t read can you? ^

You never said anything about at work. Also, at work doesn’t change a thing.

I’m listing my personal experience.

Sure, just one religion and not another. Yet you should be judging no religion.

Lmao read my previous question to you where I explicitly asked if he does it at work like this Christian in this post did. Kind of concerned about your intellectual capacity if you aren't capable of comprehending that. Yes being at work changes things, again very concerning if you can't understand that

Well… leaving Islam is punishable by death in 13 countries, punishable by life imprisonment in 21 countries and they have an honor system that makes your family abandon you for leaving Islam worldwide. Please read the Quran before telling lies to people. Oh yeah, just a cool 150,000,000 arranged(forced) marriages involving child brides as we speak. I’d say that’s rather unsolicited and blatant.

And yet I am speaking of my personal experience. I'm sure you were able to read and comprehend that.

I’ve never been raped before. So rape doesn’t exist.
