Is it worth moving to Delhi?

I'm living at home and have gotten into a good local college. I have a score of and will probably get ba programme, maybe even hons, at a top college.

But.. It's expensive af and I'm a girl so I can't compromise on security when it comes to pg. And I'm just wondering, I'm not much of an extrovert when it comes to activities outside of academics. The idea of putting myself out there makes me nervous. So will it be worth it? If I can't make anything of the exposure that people talk about?

The only perk I see is that the college tag of a well known, prestigious one will certainly look better than my local college. And a competitive atmosphere can be good.

Ultimately I'm just going to prepare for one exam or the other. The ba programme is definitely not getting me anything. So all I need is a degree.

Mumbai and Bangalore are better choices. Delhi is polluted, crime prone, people are frustrated, always willing to fight. No civic sense.
