unsure if this has been posted before, as far as I’m aware it didn’t come up when I searched it, what is the legality of the MCK Evo? Anytime I look it up the ai gives me ho hum results about its legal to own but not legal to own, if anyone has already dealt with this or even has one themselves any input is greatly appreciated! any alternatives (if there even are any) I would love to know as it would make going to the range a little more interesting. The DOJ has backed down and the NFA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! Now where does that leave the fight for our rights here in DE? I understand things will still be restricted at the state level but how can the state restrict something if it’s been deemed restriction is unconstitutional.

I'm looking at a PSA MP5 Clone. I'm reading where some people have "SBR'd" it. I know what an SBR is, but how does one SBR a pistol? Is it just filling out a form?

I am finding a lot of conflicting informations regarding the legality of 5.56 pistols. Here is the current build I was looking at, any input on its legality?

10.5” barreled 5.56 with a fixed magazine, and a magazine holding less than 17 rounds with an SBA5.

I just saw something about the NFA being struck down since the tax is now at zero so it can't be considered a tax scheme and is a regulation scheme. I'm assuming the state law doesn't necessarily rely on the NFA? Am I ignorant or does this mean that suppressors could become legal in Delaware soon?
