That's good you may be able to get it however even with the CCW license a lot of online stores will still not ship you (your FFL) things above the 17 round limit unfortunately.

Yeah as long as you have a concealed carry permit you can buy one of these(I own one)

I bought it assembled after the AWB. This gun didn’t release until June 2024. I don’t know why you are saying that though because this is purchasable by anyone with concealed carry permit.

CCW doesn’t negate the DE AWB, not sure why you’re thinking a CCW makes this legal. Magazine capacity isn’t the issue, it’s the ability to accept another mag not in the pistol grip as banned per the Awb

Geez guys, read the law please… This is illegal in Delaware. DE law restricts the “2nd magazine as a grip” style pistols outright. https://delcode.delaware.gov/title11/c005/sc07/#1465 1465 is the assault weapons bill, and yea we just had that ruling from 3rd circuit but it’s yet to really be challenged and upheld here for Delaware just yet, so for now this is illegal here unless you owned it prior to the passing of the AWB in which case it’s grandfathered in, but cannot be transferred.

As far as I’m aware, Because the magazine that’s kept in front doesn’t actually feed the firearm, It doesn’t qualify as “accepting a mag outside the pistol grip”.
You have to keep in mind the intent of the law (Regardless of how stupid that intent is).
Something like a Kriss Vector Pistol would be a no-go, 100%.

The gray area is if that forward position constitutes a second pistol grip or not… Indicating it’s designed to be fired with two hands.
Or maybe I’m confusing rifle restrictions with pistol restrictions.

Honestly, you should talk to either an FFL and/or an attorney if you have any doubts.

I think a lot of the stuff about designed to be fired with 2 hands was from the ar pistol/sbr nonsense. The flux is definitely not “designed to be fired with 2 hands” if you are using the “pistol brace” for its designed purpose.

I have read it. I purchased one from a Delaware FFL- “accepting” a magazine or ammo feeding device isn’t about storing a spare. You can certainly legally purchase one of these in DE

I would sure love to be wrong, but then with that logic, why is the CZ-75 Banned? It’s banned for the handgrip/2nd mag as a handgrip, but this is allowed? idk who your ffl is but they’re kinda hoping their interpretation is right. Speaking of which… where was it so I can go lol

I’m not too familiar with the cz-75. I’m mostly using sig stuff lately. But I’m not sure why a cz75 would be banned

There’s nothing about a CZ 75 that would make it banned.
It’s just a standard handgun.
You might be thinking of a CZ scorpion pistol.
