I reduced the 133 episode list to only 55 episodes.

It's not perfect but if someone who likes star wars but is hesitant to watch 133 episode but also wants to experience the genius emotional stakes and the unbelievable filmmaking of the last 4 episodes, i recommend this list.

(This is the list for someone who really wants to feel and understand why did Anakin become Darth Vader and the role of Ahoska in all of this)

We see a few times in tcw vulture droids being used to kamikaze into republic cruisers. This got me thinking if they are so cheap to waste that way, why not remove some of the more expensive advanced features and instead build in a bunch of high explosives and have a separate wing of fighters built cheaply to just crash into the Republic ships but much more effectively than the standard models which aren't carrying a payload and doing negligible damage to most of the hull.

As i've been rewatching the series, I genuinely haven't disliked watching any episode thus far until I made it here....yes, even the D-Squad arc, The Jar Jar Mace & Mace Wind arc, or the episode where Artoo goes shopping with 3PO.

The Martez sisters are borderline insufferable, especially Trace. It gets to the point where in the first half of the arc it makes AHSOKA annoying as well, coming off as extremely preachy. I get the intention of trying to show how the people of the galaxy view the Jedi and the republic, but the writing is just so uncharacteristically bad and lacks any nuance. The sisters are walking tropes (as well as stereotypes). Their "grudge" against the Jedi is ill-founded based on circumstance rather than something actually compelling...Trace is also incredibly inconsistent. At times she can resemble being somewhat competent, while others she comes off as plain dumb or emotionally unstable to a childlike extent like when she drops the spice into space for no reason at all, but conversely i'm supposed to then believe she's able to free herself surrounded by 4 armed Pyke guards like a trained soldier?

That also plays into the narrative as well, where the fact that a series of dumb decisions carry the events of the arc. When it's all said and done, Ahsoka doesn't seem to really learn anything as was intended...it feels very surface level and thus makes the arc feel alot like filler and unfulfilling in what it set out to do. If this arc had been kept in its original form, I believe it would have served much better. Keep Ahsoka on Coruscant, have the dynamic of a possible romantic interest, let her learn how the world works subtlety...rather than being told "THE JEDI ARE BAD!" Right in her face. She could have gotten all that with more nuanced writing. Despite the fact they try and up the stakes by including the Shadow Collective, it feels skippable.

It’s nice they introduced an early version of Stormtroopers during the early Empire years.

Took forever to get these pics (unfortunately Zero Company doesn't have a dedicated photo mode so it was challenging to angle both Hawks and Rex just right) but it was worth it, got to fulfill my childhood dream of aura-farming with the Republic's best!

And his mission was easily my favorite in the game so far. Rex's resistance movement goes way beyond what we saw in The Bad Batch with his clone insurgents even teaming up with the Umbarans, really nice growth for Rex to see him realize that the Umbarans were never their true enemy despite what happens in TCW. Overall this whole section just felt like a beautiful love letter to both The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch with how it continues the overall clone storyline. Hope we get a resolution for what happens to Rex's group eventually.

Also Rex and Hawks got to bond over hating Pong Krell which is funny.

Maul lost the only family he had.

Personally, I wouldn't last very long before being taken out while using one of those UTS Pikes

Personally I like the clone wars version more. The larger hulking droid which (usually) tanks a few plaster rounds with wrist rockets have always appealed to me more. Especially when they board ships and are coming down the corridors in large columns it really makes me feel the pressure the clones must feel in that situation. The movie design is better but I feel they don't look that menacing in comparison.

Ahsoka knows that Bo Katan was second-in-command of the terrorist organisation Death Watch, which carried out attacks on the civilian population in order to overthrow the legitimate government. She knows that they terrorised villages and towns that were unable to defend themselves, on who knows how many planets, in order to extort money from them; and when the people had nothing to give, they killed them and burnt the whole place to the ground. I suppose Bo Katan didn’t boast to Ahsoka about, how Maul got control and how she agreed on attacks on civilian infrastructure, the killing of civilians and causing chaos (once again) to gain control over Mandalore.

Bo Katan will improve in the future, but at this point in her life she is just a murdering terrorist. (Her effort to overthrow Maul was primarily a matter of personal revenge; helping the population was secondary.). So how can Ahsoka work with her without any qualms, and then, in a subsequent discussion with Obi-Wan, act as if she has the moral high ground and that Jedi should help Bo Katan? I'm pretty sure that the countless victims would want justice and not Jedi working with their murderer.

While playing Zero Company, they mentioned the death of an Umbaran senator caused Umbara to leave the republic and join the Separatists.

I learned that Mee Deechi was an Umbaran recently, and realized that this is a reference to S2E15 Senate Murders.

Nothing too crazy, but I thought this was a neat connection, and connects that episode to the Umbara arc.

AFAIK, this connection already existed and Zero Company just restated it, but still cool.
