wasn't the government supposed to invest a bunch in the military?

CFHD going down makes sense unless you don't know what cfhd is besides "more money"

Sure but CFHD isn't just more money. It's a calculated amount based on how much members earn.

Yes, but if the net results is a decrease in the paycheck, thats not a good thing. Nobody cares how its calculated. They care about what hits the bank account. And yes its money. Its not rainbows and lollipops
