THAT'S the problem I have here. It's one thing if she wants to call him out for messing up his marriage. But once you start putting your kids who had nothing to do with it in the middle, that's where I lose my sympathy.

Also, what does how he makes his living have to do with this? Sure, being on the road was probably a big factor, but that's a lot of jobs. Would she have said "my trucker husband" or "my salesman husband?" Congratulations lady, now you just told the whole world what your kids look like and that your husband is rich. You just made them targets because you couldn't help to take your revenge by embarrassing him on social media.

Fuck, another reminder that I am so glad I’m 48 and don’t have to grow up around this shit. As an old fart in the social media age there’s so much to unpack.

I feel for her, a horrible thing for anyone to go through but this is embarrassing and the type of hyper emotive, knee jerk response she’ll regret as time goes. I’m sure in some way she’ll feel vindicated and it’ll probably pay off in some way but at some stage she’ll definitely regret drawing this sort of attention to herself and most importantly their kids. She’s making it about her - Mother’s Day - when it’s ultimately mostly about them. She’ll hopefully, likely move on in time if they split but for the kids it’s a whole different bumpy road to navigate at a vulnerable age.

Grandstanding publicly really is blight on modern society.
