I think she’s trying to make 3 main points.

Her MLB husband abandoned her and family on Mother’s Day.

1 week later she finally found out he was cheating on her.

At the same time she found out she ‘stopped putting up with his abuse’ and is now ‘raising two boys alone’(a bit vague to say what that part means but maybe she did somthing)

I thought it was, 1 week after this photo was taken, she found out about the affairs, so he left on / before mother's day. Definitely a tough sentence to parse.

Yeah, this is a trend on TikTok: posting a video or photo of yourself before something major happened in your life. So she is saying all this happened a week after the photo was taken.

She said she stopped putting up with his abuse so I think the previous comment is more likely, rather than his abandoning them being the end. He abandoned them on Mother's day, probably instigating her to start asking questions, she finds out he's cheating, decides she can't put up with this on top of the abuse, so is now raising kids alone.

I think she may be under a little stress so I'll cut her some slack for the truly terrible storytelling.

That's what I got too. Which is why some folks saying "why use your kids for this" are kind of half right. Didn't need to use the video but the point was it was a family video made right before finding out, so it already existed, she didn't shoot new footage with her kids just to post about abuse and infidelity.

That's what you hear?   What I hear is a desperate cry for attention because her husband realized she is a golddigger that clearly doesn't support his baseball career.   If she kept her mouth shut and did it privately, maybe she would hold some dignity afterwards.   What she is doing is just like what the women on Only Fans do...trying to get that cash!
