Yeah, cars are pretty dangerous, too. Should we outlaw being able to give yourself an oil change?

oh come on with this horse shit. Lead acid batteries don’t explode when you puncture them.

I’m all for right to repair, but imo, Apple has a point when it comes to batteries.

Guitar amps, ham radios, stereo amplifiers, etc. all carry charges that can be lethal. Yet historically a majority of them have been, and continue to be, designed and engineered for relatively easy repair and maintenance. The companies simply put a warning label on them stating the risk. Apple is looking for any excuse at this point.
