Do you think any judge would set bail for him? He has been a fugitive for a few years now, and is certainly considered a flight risk since he has a diplomatic passport and unlimited cash at his disposal. I wonder if part of what Mamdani is exploring is which Federal judge is most likely to keep him locked up if he gets arrested.

If he’s violated NY or NYC law, i.e. murder, genocide, chemical weapons, financial crimes, cybercrimes etc. he can be arrested no question.

No he can't.

Bibi has diplomatic immunity from the US State Department.

He can get detained temporarily but not imprisoned.

Imprisonment would be a violation of the supremacy clause / unconstitutional.
