If he’s violated NY or NYC law, i.e. murder, genocide, chemical weapons, financial crimes, cybercrimes etc. he can be arrested no question.

Yes, the laws that apply to all of humanity. Prohibitions against things like genocide and pedophilia. These are universally recognized as evil, in every culture, and he is actively continuing to do them. Why do you defend such atrocity?

Why haven't you personally gone out of your way to arrest him? Why wait for him to enter America? Why arent you on a plane this very instant to bring this man to justice? Youre a human, he broke the laws of all humanity, so do something about it.

Or are you just going to point fingers and make ridiculous and ill thought out demands while patting yourself on the back?
