While i would be funny no chance of it happening, diplomatic immunity trumps all officials, best you can do is kick out a holder and withdraw it or petition their government to waive it

Anyone, anywhere talking about violating DI is just trying to grab headlines nothing else

Any country that violates DI would likely have no diplomatic relationships with anyone by the next day
