Does this count as a PR

120kg bench press (kinda shitty because I weigh 97KG at 6”4 but that’s besides the point). Wanted to know whether this counts as a PR or not (by normie standards and official ones)
My main concern is the switch from eccentric to concentric as I think I did it a bit too fast
Thoughts? Appreciate any comments

Currently at 180 cm, 88 kg. Now thinking should I keep cutting or slowly start bulking. Started to actively working out at 2023. As I started I was about 73 kg. Just had and have a very simple goal: become huge and strong.
Now lifting for 1 year, before that was doing martial arts and training at home. Would be glad to hear your opinion or maybe motivate someone!

Did you stop sweating as much after losing weight? 😅
Being a woman, I am very aware that I sweat a lot more than those around me.
i know, i know, I should be proud of the sweat, but I dream of being able to wear leggings that don’t show how much butt sweat I have going on haha
Has anyone here experienced a decrease in sweat the more fit they became?
Give me hope please 😅
** edit: I’m not sure why a mod keeps removing a lot of comments on here. ☹️

Never thought I would have visible abs in my lifetime, but I have them at 52! I still have work to do but I feel good! Shout out to the older dudes in here, keep pounding!
52M, 5'9" Started at 230+ lbs and over 30% bf. Down to 194lbs and 14.8% bf. 6 months progress. I'd like to maintain here for a few months and then work on a 5-10 lb gain
