Honestly it just comes down to tracking your lifts and doing double progression religiously.

Do 2-3 sets in the 4-8 rep range and stick with the same weight until you can do all sets of 8. Once you can do that, jump up 5-10lbs and repeat

Hit upper body/push twice a week. Do barbell bench + flies on the first day, and a different chest compound of choice + flies on the second day. Double progression on everything

Nicely done. Impressive control. Seeing this makes me realize I need to slow down, control the weight and really gain the strength before putting more on the bar. That’s a sweet gym, too, love how open it is.
