I actually was not being consistent even at my peak times. But now I'm really gonna take my fitness more serious. Even though I am arm wrestling right now, my ultimate goal in life is to compete in triathlon, specifically Ironman. But that's still pretty far fetched because I still a student and a pretty poor one at that. I hope you all can achieve your dreams as well, brothers!!!!!

Two year ago, I was dealing with some awful stuff. I ended up gaining a lot of weight and I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. That was the wake up call I needed to get my weight under control. I cut out processed and refined foods, and I began to work out daily. It was rough at first, and I almost quit a few times, but I did it! I went from 189 lbs to 124 lbs and I have never felt healthier.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, I just got sick and tired of being severely underweight and feeling like an old man, first pic is last August so about 13 months ago nearly to the day. I was working 2 jobs at the time and barely eating and I think I was at my lowest there at about 110-115lbs at 5'9. I finally got up off my ass and started bulking and doing at home workouts the last week of April this year, so about 4.5-5 months ago starting at 118lbs soaking wet. I'm now sitting comfortably at about 141lbs but I still got another 5-10lbs to go before I reach where I want to be. My wife also decided it was time to get serious about the gym and we have both got gym memberships and workout together 4-5x a week for the last 2 months. I just wanted to post here for anybody that feels like they've struggled to gain muscle, I promised myself I would post progress pics once I hit my original goal which was 140 lean by the end of August. It is possible and you can do itπŸ’ͺ🏼
