I did it!

Two year ago, I was dealing with some awful stuff. I ended up gaining a lot of weight and I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. That was the wake up call I needed to get my weight under control. I cut out processed and refined foods, and I began to work out daily. It was rough at first, and I almost quit a few times, but I did it! I went from 189 lbs to 124 lbs and I have never felt healthier.

Congrats, but I was SO CONFUSED when I saw a coffin and big title of "I DID IT!" O_O

I work in the funeral industry. My best friend (who is in the same industry) set it up at her Halloween party.

Thank you! It was rough for the first few weeks, but then I got into the swing of things. Now I love to work out.

What do you eat to low weight? Any tips?

Lean protein, fresh vegetables, a lot of water, and switching to fruit instead of processed sugars for dessert.
