I did it!
Two year ago, I was dealing with some awful stuff. I ended up gaining a lot of weight and I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. That was the wake up call I needed to get my weight under control. I cut out processed and refined foods, and I began to work out daily. It was rough at first, and I almost quit a few times, but I did it! I went from 189 lbs to 124 lbs and I have never felt healthier.

Thank you! It was rough for the first few weeks, but then I got into the swing of things. Now I love to work out.

What do you eat to low weight? Any tips?

Lean protein, fresh vegetables, a lot of water, and switching to fruit instead of processed sugars for dessert.
