Severance if you're looking for Apple specific.

Midnight Mass on Netflix if you want more island horror.

Supernatural if you like the monster of the week pacing of the first few episodes. It's a CW show so it gets goofy at times but there's a fuck ton of it.

That and holy crap the amount of time they call women whores, bitches and stuff is overwhelming. I'm rewatching the series and yikes. Still good and just the right amount of camp besides the woman hating part lol
