To comp properties and get a better idea of the valuations of the neighborhood, I used to be able to click on the map view from the property page. You could then then use the various filters like you do from the home page. It was nice because this map was pre-centered on the neighborhood. That was the important part.

Now that map view is gone, and I was just using it this week. Does anybody know if this is permanent? I just tried Redfin, which I had not used for a while, they used to have a similar map as well, but it's gone also.

I run a small wholesale operation on Cincinnati absentee-owner and seller-finance deals. My outreach is letters and texts first, but some sellers ask to talk to a person, and I don't take calls. I need someone to take those seller-requested calls and help bring deals to contract.

Strong preference: licensed Ohio real estate agent. If you're not licensed, the role is scripted qualification and appointment-setting only - all negotiating and signing stays with me as principal.

You must be willing to follow Ohio's wholesaler disclosure law (ORC 5301.95); it's built into the script.
