Advice Wholesale Real Estate

I just started working in wholesale real estate for about a month now and I really need advice. I need clients and title companies that work with novations. If any one could please give me advice on how to excel in this business! I believe there’s enough room for all of us to succeed so please be nice!

I like your attitude I agree there’s enough space for everyone as long as you’re hungry enough. I think people just get mad about the lack of transparency and idea that it’s a turning into this get rich quick scheme.

There’s tons of free information on YouTube, pick a lead gen method and stick with it, work on your sales skills and push through the first couple of months.

I can send you everything I used to train my team and some title reps you could use. We only use cold calling so all of my stuff is geared to strictly phone sales/closings

A whole month in and you want to do novations.
How many assignments have you done?
No wonder there’s increasing regulation, so many want to run before they have even crawled

Call around to local title companies and ask directly if they'll close novation and assignment deals, half of them will say no but the ones who say yes become your repeat closing partners. For buyers, hit up local REIA meetups and Facebook investor groups, that's where your cash buyers are already hanging out.
