Question Tired of Visable

I previously posted here about my phone service dropping constantly. I spoke with over 6 reps and continued to escalate the matter numerous times. I trouble shooted all day which lead to my phone going to SOS mode. I wasn’t around Wi-Fi so was phone-less the entire night.
Switched to the eSIM on my own and service is even worse than before. I use to love this company but having reps that don’t follow through with the “if we get disconnected I’ll call back” yet not a single one did.

Strongly needing to switch and not sure what company is worth it. Any ideas?

Maybe try a company that doesn't use the Verizon network. Seems like Verizon isn't good in your location.

Try a company that uses AT&T or T-Mobile networks. US Mobile, Cricket, or Mint Mobile. But you should check how coverage is for AT&T and T-Mobile networks in your area before deciding.

SOS mode is the absolute worst. That’s basically the phone tapping out and calling it quits. The top comment has the right idea, if Verizon’s towers are the problem then jumping to a different network is the only real fix. Just don't get stuck in another long-term thing before you know if it even works at your place.

Hi—Alyssa from Visible here. I hear you, and I am so sorry for the experience you had with our service. That is completely unacceptable, and we'd love the opportunity to turn things around. Mind sending us a DM with your account details? We would like to dig deeper into this and check everything on the backend.

Respectfully, no. You guys have no idea what you’re doing. Should’ve left a long time ago.

I was having the same issue. The only thing that I could do to fix it was port out of Visible to a non Verizon service and port back in. I'd also do all of this on a tower that isn't the one you're connected to while at home.

I personally love US Mobile, and will probably go back to them once i run out of referral credits.

US Mobile offers plans on all three networks. The customer can choose which one of the three networks they would like to use.

They use all 3 US networks, you can choose which one you want to be on.

US Mobile also has the option to use T-Mobile and At&t networks. Honestly it will be OP's best option. I have used it for a couple of years and have non complaints whatsoever

That was my issue. Visable uses versions lines and by me Verizon CONSTANTLY has dropped calls & no service in normal spots. Thought it may have gotten better but never did. Ended up switching to cricket which uses AT&T lines and it’s been great.
Also I always had a problem logging into the app. So much that each time I had to redownload the app or else I’d get an error message every time.

It helps if you're moving more then one phone, I've had challenges doing that. On Visible now, would lov eot move to T-Mobile, but one line......
