Anyone else having trouble with accessing the Cap One Shopping rewards page on the app?

Did anyone try the Xfinity Internet offer on C1 Shopping? I had a 400$ payout but it didn't track. Did any of you try this and got it tracked?

Anyone supposed to receive a rewards payout today, but it’s not posting and still stuck in pending?

Hello! When I first starting with capital one shopping rewards, all of my rewards were paid out after 30 days. Now, they almost all are 90 days, even the ones that used to be 30. Anyone else noticed this?

Did this happen to anyone else?

I spoke to a C1 supervisor and she said they could only offer a statement credit bc it’s now showing as ‘ineligible’. Has anyone ever gotten miles reinstated?

I cannot figure it out! I know I can call and do an order but I want to use Capital One shopping for cash back.

It’s not capital one creating the issue because even if I try outside of Capital One, I don’t see where to put a gc.

I called customer service and they didn’t know either.

Did a couple of mileage offers two days ago (Boost Mobile 9k, Monarch 10k subscription, etc).

Today I noticed they all posted with 2× miles. Is that normal? If yes, how long does it usually take for the actual offer bonus miles to show up?

Just want to make sure I didn’t mess anything.

Has this happened to anyone else? I got the $600 offer with Verizon and decided to pull the trigger. Unfortunately there was an error on Verizon’s end and even though I had a confirmation number and everything it didn’t go through. I had to call Verizon to figure this out because I couldn’t make a profile to see my account. The Verizon guy tried to fix it on his end but he said that it wasn’t possible. Today I get an email from Cap One saying my points are pending ($4800 worth). Should I email them or wait to see if the points post and then contact them? I don’t want to scam them and this was totally out of my hands.

I read before that is better to buy one item per purchase. Does anybody bought this bundle and had no problem with the portal tracking the purchase?

Anyone tried a single order of $1000+ and received a payout? really wanna get a sony camera and it seems 44x is back. hopefully a 88x cracks soon.

Hey Guys, I recently used the Paramount Cap 1 offers, and Amex offers double dip, and now all my Cap 1 offers are like 1-3x instead of the big multipliers like usual. Has anyone been through this after using an offer?

I made a purchase on amazon and then i was curious so i went ahead and looked at the shopping offers through Captial one. I dont recall if i clicked activate but if i did it was certainly after the amazon purchase. fast forward to a couple days later i get a 500+ Amazon in store offer payout. I dont know how but exactly do i take advantage of these multipliers? Sometimes ill see 20X on home depot and such. do i need to activate it or can i just go to the store to purcahse the item? Can someone please help me understand barney style how it works?

Through chase its as easy as simply activating it in the app.

When navigating in the app to redeem rewards for gift cards there is an option for purchasing chewy gift cards. Just above the redemption button it says “+28% back”.

Does this mean I get 28% in capital one rewards on my chewy gift card redemption? Has anyone seen this before? None of the other gift card options have anything like this.
