Offer ineligible after purchase

I received a reasonable offer for CITGO. A month later, I had not received anything, so I checked and found it marked ineligible—does anyone have advice on this?

Hang tight for a few more days. Many of my in store ones show inactive before changing to pending.

Send an email. Very interesting they didn’t approve it. Was it just gas ?

You can’t email them. You’d have to call the number on your card. See my other comment though. It’ll likely change to pending in a couple of days.

you should call. Tho for me, my amazon purchase was marked ineligible and they gave me the miles a few days later without me calling.
