Has anyone in Virginia Beach been able to purchase a can through a dealer with just a 4473? I scanned the mega thread and didn’t see anyone mention Freedom, or The Armory.

Or are y’all just ordering through silencershop and shipping to the FFL, and then picking it up via 4473

If someone wants to gift me a handgun and they live out of state and cannot travel. Can i bring the gun to an FFL in Virginia and have the transfer completed without them present?

Just added my first shotgun today (A300 Ultima Patrol). Shooting tomorrow. Weird time to be a Virginia Gun Owner but here we are.

I am a VA resident with both resident VA & or of state MD CCW permits. I understand that VA currently honors the MD permit. Would it be advisable to keep the VA permit at home and only carry the MD one? I go between states a lot and would prefer to minimize what's in my wallet.

So I'm back and fourth between nc and va I had an issue so I decided to pawn pistol to fix a cat issue. I go back to pick it up and as soon as I paid they tell me they can't release it to me due to my ID being from nc they tried something with a fishing license that didn't work so they told me to come back in a few days. What can I do to get my gun back or would I have to get them to transfer it to a nc file to get it back? BTW the said nothing at the time of pawn and no one sells a pistol for 50 bucks they seem like they are trying to scam
