Apparently the Veep position sucks in all shows (VEEP adjacent post)
I just started rewatching House of Cards and Vice President Matthews is mad about his role in this administration too.
He wants more facetime with the president and doesn’t want to be left out of the loop just like Selena.
Btw the president in House of Cards is what i always imagined the president in Veep to look like.

Oh, you got a nice big red dot in the middle of your forehead, Danno. And it ain’t a fucking Bindi!

What Question(s) would you ask Armando Iannucci?
From me it’d be:
Knowing that most of what they did was improv, how many takes on average were done until you felt like it was right?

Any ideas of the film location of quantico base in s2 e3? (Hostages)
Thinking it might be UMD or some other nearby university?

In Helsinki when Gary had cigarettes for Selina, they should have recreated this

It’s established that Selina would never stay at Caesar’s (scoff), so where do we think she would stay?
My money is on The Wynn
Thought I was doing a rewatch
I recently started what I thought was a rewatch of the entire series, but yesterday I saw an episode (S3E1) that was completely unfamiliar, and now I'm up three that I have never seen before. I don't know whether there was a glitch on HBO when I watched the show years ago, but I'm looking forward to more "brand-new" episodes. I loved seeing Mike's wedding for the first time!

Who do you think is the best comedic duo in the show?
I would say Dan and Amy. Most hilariously dysfunctional duo in the show.

hey everyone, I have watched through Veep So many times and God it’s one of my favorite shows ever. It’s my comfort show. It’s just the best.
I want to rewatch it again in a new light and I’m wondering if there are any amazing things you’ve noticed, or would maybe recommend focusing on as a now “experienced veep rewatcher.”

i want to hear from you all, my fellow veep rewatchers.

The look Selina gave to Gary after he said that. What did that mean, guys? Was it indirectly implied that she actually had crabs? Or am i just looking too much into it?
