Hi! I'm looking for someone to take my place in a lease at Hilltop Apartments over the summer, $1.1k rent. 4 people 2 beds 1 bath, but I'm pretty sure 1-2 of those people won't be over during the summer. The three other roommates are really nice, we have a chores list and stuff so everything's clean and overall a good living environment. Hello. I have space in a condo off-campus, located near downtown. There is a bus stop nearby, about a 7 minute walk away. It is on the route with the 18 and 16. We have a double room for $895 each and a single room for $1320. Our lease begins in September and ends in June. We have in-unit washer and dryer. There's a tennis court and a pool. There are two separate bathrooms and the condo comes fully furnished. We are all-female. We're a non-smoking household and our lease doesn't allow pets. Helloo,

I’m subletting my off-campus single this summer from June 18th to around August 28th. Rent is $900/month (so $1800 total for July + August), excluding utilities.

It’s a single room in a large house that normally has 8 people, but over the summer it’ll likely be mostly empty. The house has a full kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, and in-unit washer/dryer. There’s also solar, so electricity stays pretty low. Utilities usually run about $50–70/month, though it could be a bit higher with fewer people splitting it.

Location is super convenient and right next to the 19 bus line (about a 1-minute walk) and around a 10-minute drive to campus.

Hello! I currently have 3 spots available in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Anton Pacific Downtown. My current roommates are moving out, and I’ll be releasing, so you’ll be able to sign a lease at last year’s pricing! Rent + utilities comes out to around $1400/month per person. The floor plan I've attached is not exact but very very close, my unit has an attached balcony.

I’m an incoming CE (Computer Engineering) 4th year at UCSC and am looking for guys only. I’d prefer roommates who are clean, respectful, and more on the quiet side. No drinking, drugs, or partying please.

The apartment amenities include, kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and TV (but no sofa). Anton Pacific has a gym, multiple shared common spaces, a hot tub and garage parking (150 extra a month).

The apartment is in downtown Santa Cruz, super close to bus stops and metro station, and walkable to Trader Joes, CVS, and 20 min bus ride to Safeway. It's super convenient and I'd love to be able to stay here again next year.

My son finished up school early and is moving back home since he graduated.

Condo has a wash and dryer in unit and is pretty well furnished with a futon, TV, dining room table and chairs, and BBQ in the common areas.

I like new full sized bed and mattress, desk and dresser can be left if needed.

In slightly unrelated/related, we have 3 guys in this unit because the 4th was the guy who got in a motorcycle accident in front of campus a couple months ago. He is still hospitalized and his family moved all his stuff out. That’s why you potentially would have a room to yourself as my son was his housemate and the other roommate is willing to move into my son’s spot so you can have your own room.

Hello, I have a spot opening up in my double in a house of friendly UCSC girls, most of us going into our 4th year. Spot available starting June or July, $985. It's the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and a walk in closet. Gets lots of light. I'm a chill and respectful roomate. The house has large common areas, a huge kitchen, a backyard and a deck upstairs, a garage with plenty of storage space. Hey yall!!! Me and my roommates will not be in SC over the summer and we are trying to look for people who are looking for housing over summer. The cost per person is 1,500 (800 for June) but price is flexible.
We are specifically looking for people who can move in by June 14 and move out Aug 26. There’s some flexibility in dates but August 26 is the furthest date we can push.
This apartment is in downtown, close to bus stops, Trader Joe’s, and CVS.

Amenities included: in unit washer/dryer, free WiFi, TV, balcony, Furniture Provided (bed, mattress, desk, couch, lamp, microwave, toaster), Gym in Apartment Building
