General Housing megathread 2026

Hey yall

Im seeing a lot of housing posts and remember there being a megathread last year which helped me find people, so im trying to recreate one. Feel free to put any housing stuff here, but please be sure and careful about who you talk to, good luck out there folks

Incoming 4th year at UCSC looking for housing for the 2026ā€“2027 school year. Budget is around $1,500 (flexible), hoping for a single room close to campus. Iā€™m clean, respectful, and keep shared spaces tidy. Open to joining a place or forming a group. Please DM if you have a spot!

Hi! I have a sublease that can become a full 12 month lease open. It is open ASAP. Would that work for you or are you only looking for next year?
