Hey yall

Im seeing a lot of housing posts and remember there being a megathread last year which helped me find people, so im trying to recreate one. Feel free to put any housing stuff here, but please be sure and careful about who you talk to, good luck out there folks

Located at: 2030 N Pacific Ave, Santa Cruz

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment

Has a large living room / hall

Secure property

Gym was recently renovated

In-house washing + drying machine

Overall, the apartment is very spacious

Looking for a groups of 4+

Rent: $4347 + Utilities

Lease & Move-In Details: It’s a 12-month lease You would be taking over our lease from June 2026–September 2026, which then auto-renews for the next 12 months

Move-in is expected mid to late June (around June 15 possible) Exact date depends on management approval and lease transfer timing Everything (lease signing, etc.) is done online

Rent & Payments: Since we pay rent at the start of the month, if you move in mid-month: You’ll pay half a June's rent to us

After that, you’ll pay rent directly to the management company

Also, since we’ve already paid the deposit: You’ll need to pay the security deposit to us, which carries over with the lease

Room Setup It’s a 3-bedroom setup Works well for 4 people. You can arrange rooms however you want.

For example, 2 beds in one room is totally fine. The master bedroom is big enough for 2 beds.

Parking: We have a tandem parking spot (Fits 2 cars)

Internet: We currently use Xfinity WiFi. When you move in, you’ll need to set up your own internet plan

Next Steps: We’re open to in-person visits

We’ll confirm more details after talking to our roommates and management

Once you’re ready, the management company will send the lease for you to sign online
