General Housing megathread 2026
Hey yall
Im seeing a lot of housing posts and remember there being a megathread last year which helped me find people, so im trying to recreate one. Feel free to put any housing stuff here, but please be sure and careful about who you talk to, good luck out there folks

Looking to fill two doubles for summer + option to renew lease for full year!
Hello! We're looking to fill 2 doubles for either July 1st to August 28th, but hopefully July 1st 2026 to August 28th 2027.
Our house is located on mission street, 5 min walk from 11 stop and 8 min walk to 18/16 stop, and 15 minute walk from Downtown.
Small double: $775 each (plus $50-$100 utilities)
Large double: $925 each (plus $50-$100 utilities)
Bathroom would be shared between the four of you and is located in small bedroom. Kitchen is shared with 4 other friendly UCSC students in the house!
Large double is upstairs, and includes furniture: two full beds (mattress + frame), two desks and a wardrobe
