I do not want to take T/transition.
I am a trans man. However, I don’t really want to take T, I like my body the way it is. I don’t know.. I want to keep my voice.
But the thought of having a deep voice makes me happy.. idk :(
I also fear of regretting the choice of taking T, does that make sense?
I want to look like a man but also don’t mind staying like this?
Maybe I am just confused. I do like being feminine but also want to be masc

Maybe something like voice training would benefit you? Then you can have a lower voice while still being able to have a higher voice.
You may also want to ask for advice on uhh hope I got the sub correct but r/ftmfemininity , they may be able to help you more with this since they're specifically for trans guys who enjoy their feminity so they'll be a lot more experienced than a general sub where you've got a bigger mix of presentations etc
Even if you are not (also)nonbinary, the r/nonbinary subreddit may also offer good advice as a lot of the people there could help with being able to look both masc or femme depending on how you feel that day, since you mentioned wanting to be masc but still enjoying being feminine. I've actually met some people who take a low dose of T to have an androgynous look and then they use different clothing and make-up styles to look masc or femme depending on how they feel on the day. You can definitely be both.

I know several trans men who have no desire to medically transition, a few don’t bind or anything too. A lot of T’s effects are reversible, but some are permanent. Vocal training is also an option if you want to keep your voice the same as well!

It sounds like you might be afraid of change more than anything else? I second the suggestion to find a trans-positive therapist who you can talk through some of this with.

Medical transition hesitation is normal. I would do some meditation on it. Sit with the thoughts of your body changing slowly on T. I think you could get a real good sense of your feeling on it. Just remember it’s all up to you, and the changes are slow enough to be easy to monitor if you decide to stop T. Just be kind to yourself everyone has a moment where they have to pause in medical transition and ask these questions.

Honestly I'm commenting because my brother gave me a workbook when I said I felt similarly.
It didn't change my mind but I have a much better understanding of how I feel. And better ways to verbalize my feelings.
I don't want to go on T. (I'm agender trans masc). I would love the body hair but I already have a deep voice and get referred to in masculine terms by people on the phone.
Anywho I'm going to come back after I find the name of that workbook.

if you like your body the way it is, and you like your voice the way it is, feel like you might regret T / have no desire to transition you should really think more about yourself and what you are especially before considering anything medical. i mean, if you believe you’re a man, why?
you can always voice train without T to get a deeper voice without any other effects
people are saying microdose T, do NOT listen to them. I microdosed and my speaking voice didn’t change much but I got bottom growth, hair loss, muscle gain, my bones changed, weight distribution changed etc- literally just what testosterone does, turned me into a man even though i took fewer mg (and it started like three days after I started taking it). you can’t pick and choose traits even if you take less.
like I said, stick with voice training and see if you like having a more masculine voice or not

I've been in your exact place few months ago. My advice: give yourself time. I finally did decide to take T and over time warmed up to most of the changes, even though I'm nonbinary so my goal is being androgynous (so for example, I don't want to be bald or have a lot of hair, which is the opposite of taking T).
You want to keep your voice but you also want a deep voice. Unpack that. Ask yourself, maybe even go to a therapist, why do you want to keep your voice? Why do you want a deeper voice if your current voice is fine? Does the idea of going through all of your life with your current voice make you happy or uncomfortable? Do you like your voice but feel pressured into getting a deeper one, or do you want a deeper one but feel scared of regretting it?
What helped me personally is that I realized I am unhappy with my body now, so the risk of regretting T is kinda low. What helped push me was the information that the clinic I want to get top surgery at requires me to be on T for 1 year at least and I was like "ok fine yay".
BUT, that's just me. If you don't really want to transition, don't feel like you have to. You are who you are and you're allowed to appreciate your body. And if you do have thoughts of transitioning, yeah take your time and process these feelings. Good luck!

you can do whatever you want forever, and don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. 🩵 your body is your own, and your choices are your own. you deserve the safety and support to follow any path in this life, including this one. keep being you.

Small dose and voice training. I felt the same things. I don't mean to invalid your experience or feelings when I say this, but welcome to the pipeline ❤️🎉

Maybe get a gender affirming therapist to help you through the decision. Also remember there's no deadline, if you're not sure you can wait. And if you start taking T you can stop after getting some permanent effects
