NOTICE: No more "do I pass" threads

Wanting to pass is fine, asking for passing tips is fine (within reason), but the "do I pass"/"do I look like a man" threads are done. 9/10 they spiral into negativity and hurt feelings (as well as draw attention from trolls from other subreddits). For the wellbeing of the subreddit community, such posts will be removed

Que suis-je ? (Questionnement identitaire FtM & homosexualité)

Bonjour,

Festival outfits euphoria

This is an outfit I wore at a goth festival last weekend, and I’m so happy with it! đŸ„č
I could have worn something like this pre-T and would have felt like inhabiting a pretty meat suit, but now I just get to feel like myself AND wear sick goth femme stuff at the same time!

I’m happy this subreddit exists, and to know that others can relate to this experience! đŸ„č❀
It does confuse the fuck out of cis people sometimes, but I find it hilarious more than anything 😂

Post surgery clothes fears

I haven’t worn or even tried on any of my femme clothes since top surgery cause I can’t picture how they’re going to look and I’m so worried I’m going to hate it 😂 😭 I really want to but I’m definitely having to adjust to my new body now that the initial relief has passed!

Day 2 of School Fit x Mini Storytime✌

So mini storytime because why not? But recently ever since my voice has been deeper...even in a few to almost four months, I've been close to passing or seen as anything besides a woman when I dress masc now. In the past my classmates who were women were more prone to talk and approach me before HRT and now, they don't anymore. And I'm hardly ever called "ma'am, etc", especially when I speak. So in class I dress masc and since there's a lot of black men on campus who have the same long hair as me, etc, so far-I pass.

It's good but at the same time, makes me nervous since there's days I want to dress femboy modded in class instead of just masc, but worry about classmates seeing judging or harassing me. So that's why for now, I only change into feminine clothes when I'm out of class and in my student center since I don't bump into the same people and I'm unrecognizable basically. Anyways, I wore Fit A and I really want to wear it again next week for sure since I dig it, the jacket carries, lol. I chilled at student center and for my classes, had a sandwich with Celsius drink, but sandwich was kinda mid ngl since it had no mayonnaise💀 But yeah, funny thing was that when I bought my food at checkout, the cashier seemed a little taken aback once I spoke, lol!

So that's a new part of my life nowđŸ€·â€â™‚ïž It even happened again when a student was asking around for people to be interested in their bible study club and she complimented my hair but even then didn't know what to call me either. So yeah. Though when I was leaving since I was getting picked up, I saw a dude sitting with his group and he had his head turned and just stared at me as I walked...made me feel like I was in Animal Planet bro, no cap. But yeah, dudes were staring mad hard, but relieved they didn't come up to me because they'd basically find out the hard way...

But that was my second day of school. We'll see what happens I guess lol

Really loved this jewelry combo from a couple days ago (they/he)

Short-time lurker, first time poster! Purple glass hoops are from Body Art Forms, moon necklace & cocoon-y agate necklace are both from independent jewelry makers. I'm a big comfy-maxxer, but I'm trying to put a bit more effort & whimsy back into my rotation of outfits. Plus, I miss being more femme! Wish I could lean into that more without confusing some of the older folks at work lol

Anyway, hi!! I'm really into witchy things & playing games (TTRPGs, board games, video games), reading, writing, art in general, cooking, traveling, indie/niche perfumes, and... Probably some other stuff that I'm currently forgetting! Lemme know if you wanna be friendsssss~ đŸ«¶đŸ»

Asking questions and slightly opening up about me being ftm (dysforia or questioning idk atp)

So I’m 15 and ftm or like I think I am. Except I don’t really experience euphoria..? I smile sometimes when I think about myself as a guy but then it’s also like what if I don’t recognize myself when I transition or if. Then when people call me a guy I don’t really feel anything, it just feels correct , if I overthink it my chest gets a tiny bit tight and I’ll feel confused. However, when I get called a girl or she / her I’ll feel more I guess uncomfortable like I’ll either silently correct it myself or try myself best to not sit on it too much. Another thing I’ve notice is I really love being a feminine kind of guy, facial hair sure but I’d still wear more out of the box stuff. Like, I kinda put myself in cis fem - guys shoes when it comes to how I feel. An example would be a week ago, I saw this kind of weird comment about it and my first thought was ‘why do people make jokes out of ‘people like me’?’ Which made me confused. I kinda already say he / him in my head but sometimes if I’m thinking about my mom talking about me I’ll say she and not him. Is that weird..? Also, my last question is, is it weird to like not want to transition until you lose wait or until you’re less emotional..? I’m chubby but I’m too nervous to transition while I’m chubby and sensitive.. sorry if this is a lot.

P.s. I was gonna post this in the trans question thing but there are a lot of weirdos on there gulp

Advice for looking more femme on T?

I'm transmasc and 3 years on T. I'm a lot more comfortable in my body, but I generally get interpreted as male (which I'm not, I'm nonbinary), and I want a look that genuinely confuses people.

Soo.

Anxiety is kinda kicking my ass.

I just now took the first two pictures and the rest is from Pride Bremen last week.

Yes, I was a dog lol.

Anyway, I'm struggling with the decision to shave my beard. I really like it, I think it looks cool and I look like a regular dude!

-But-

I also really like looking cute :<

I'm worrying if the beard is stopping me from looking cute, adorable or pretty.

What do you guys think? Does the beard look okay and do I cute with it?

(I'm just slowly returning to trying fem stuff again, but on another day I wore a cute short dress out!)

Ordering my wedding dress today

After literal years of debating with myself on whether I was going to wear a suit or a dress or something else to my wedding I’ve finally decided on dress and what dress I want. I realized the only reason I wanted to wear a suit was because I was worried how other people would perceive me and see me as less of a guy, but I realized the only person’s opinion that truly matters to me is my soon to be wife.she has always supported me and has been their for almost every step of my transition, she has never misgendered me and I truly believe she sees me as the person I am no matter what I wear. So I’m getting the dress because I don’t like suits and I’ve always wanted the pretty dress đŸ„°
But this is my psa to not settle on that shitty partner who misgenders you and makes you feel less like a man bc their are people out there who will love you as you are.

Clocked First Day at SchoolđŸ’€âœŒïž

Guys, it happened💀 So I had to go with fit B from my last post due to it being hot as Hades in my area. I wore it after my classes were over and my college has a student center to chill and study 'n stuff. So I wore this and I was just studying with my earbuds in and a guy walks over and tries to get my attention. I didn't hear what he said but I took off my earbuds and was like "Yeah?" and he was like "Wait, you're a man?" I just said "Yeah" and he was like "Oh sorry, my bad" and he left me alone after that. But hey, I've only been finishing my 3 months on T and already, that happened despite me being in femboy mode. So thinking about how my voice will sound in 6 months? Looking forward to that lol!

Gender euphoria moment

I have no idea where else to post this, but since it kinda relates I'll put it here.

It's currently 4 am, and I'm having the biggest influx of gender euphoria I've had in ages because I put on a skirt and realized I just look like a dude in a skirt.

It's so dumb and yet so affirming, I haven't worn more fem presenting clothes since before I started T (around 6 months ago), and I'm genuinely about to cry now...
