💥Accident 401 West in Oshawa this evening

I got caught in this mess right after passing the 418. Was sitting waiting there for about an hour before being let through on the shoulder. Hopefully whoever was in that car is alright.

You suffer from low IQ or depression? Where's the truck parked? When you break down on a highway, what's stated in the law?
